Aerial Yoga Teacher Training
50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training
B.K.S. Iyengar devised yoga props, such as the yoga sling, in the 1990s, which later created a style of yoga known as aerial or anti-gravity yoga. This kind of yoga is excellent for novices since it allows practitioners to delve deeper into asanas more readily by using slings tied to the roof to regulate body weight.
In 7 days, you’ll get a deep understanding of Aerial Yoga.
This is your opportunity to become a certified aerial yoga trainer if you have ever been fascinated by aerial yoga and want to teach it to others.
