Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Ashtanga is a system of yoga that was brought to the modern world by Sri K. PattabhiJois. Ashtanga yoga class will be led nonstop through one or more of the ashtanga series, while being encouraged to breathe as you move from pose to pose. Ashtangavinyasa yoga is a set of sequence of asanas, always in the same order. It is typically fast-paced, vigorous and physically challenging.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga ( Ha means Sun and Tha Means Moon) balancing the sun and moon, Hot and cold, male and female. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.Hatha yoga class will be like in most cases, however, it will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners, senior citizens or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
