This 7-day course focuses on the Yin form of Yoga which was founded during the 1970s by American martial arts champion and Taoist Yoga teacher Paulie Zink. A distinctive feature of Yin Yoga is holding poses for a long duration to stretch deeper tissues to alleviate tension and increase mindfulness. During the course, you will learn the theoretical as well as the practice of this yoga form. The course is suited to any beginner, yin yoga enthusiast or Intermediate level yoga trainee.
This course is a part of our 200-Hour Multi-style yoga teacher training. This module's completion does not ensure that you will receive a yoga teacher certification from Yoga Alliance, which requires a minimum of 200 hours of training.

Our 100-Hour Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course is the ideal combination of theory and practice. It includes a thorough understanding of various yoga styles, such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, aerial yoga, meditation, bhakti yoga and the Ancient Ayurvedic Healing Sciences. Aside from practical knowledge, you will learn about yogic texts, yogic philosophy, meditation concepts, various yogic techniques, as well as Anatomy, Physiology, and Teaching Methodology.

Our 100 hour Yin and Aerial is a part of the 200 hour multi style programme designed for students who have a time constraint and also cannot commit to very long programmes. This course focusses on two styes, yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation and also a couple of sessions of acro yoga alongwith cleansing techniques and an Ayurveda session. The asana clinic (alignment and adjustment) classes focuses only on the Yin and Aerial poses. a sample schedule is below for your reference.
